Italian Bread
Our Italian Breads are Wholegrain Wheat Sourdough Breads and are made of wheat sourdough, wheat flour, full fermented filtered water, rock salt, minimal amount of baking yeast and Italian extra virgin olive oil. These breads are vegan. At Baker’s Kitchen we offer you also Focaccia with additional filling such as olives, sundried tomatoes. Focaccia is the ideal partner for salads, cold cut platters and cheese. Or just for dipping in oil and balsamic vinegar. Plain Breads, which are made the same way like a classic French baguette, goes very well with sweet toppings and unsalted butter – but also with jam on cream cheese. Toasted it becomes a nice surprise.
