Heide Bread

All our Heide Breads and Buns are made of wholegrain rye sourdough, a mix of wheat and rye flour, full fermented filtered water, rock salt and a minimal amount of baking yeast. The aromatic taste comes from roasted rye flour which is added. The percentage of wheat flour is higher than rye flour. The result is a natural, slightly sour bread, fluffy and wild from the inside with an aromatic crust. The bread is easy to digest and therefore can be eaten at any time of the day. It is great for breakfast toast and is very similar to the typical farmer white bread. All kind of toppings go well with Heide Bread. These breads are widely found worldwide. These breads are vegan
