Refund and Returns Policy for Food Products (UAE)
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is in accordance with UAE laws. Due to the nature of our products, food items are non-returnable once they have been delivered or consumed. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
Your item must be defective or damaged upon arrival.
The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
You must provide proof of purchase and the delivery receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
Food products that have been opened or consumed.
Items that are perishable (e.g., baked goods, cakes, pastries) cannot be returned.
Gift cards, downloadable products, or any personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, or reach out to your bank for further processing time. If the issue persists, contact us at sventhebakeruae@gmail.com.
Sale Items:
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchanges:
We only replace food products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, please email us at sventhebakeruae@gmail.com with your order details and send the damaged product to our return address.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, please mail the damaged or defective item to:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
